Try:
Hodnet, who have quite a bit of the Shroppy.
Kinver freeliners who have Staffs and Worcester canal.
Stafford Isaac Walton own Shroppy waters around Newport, Woodseaves, Little Onn.

Thanks mate. I'll give Hodnet and Staffs IW a look. I'm a member of Kinver Freeliners, and the club only rent the stretches out. The club don't run any matches at all in fact unfortunately.
