The answer to No 4 is All those teams have supplied the England captain at some stage and Everton have never had a player who has captained England.
No 9. The answer is Arthur Ellis. He did three World Cups as ref. There was also a rugby player of the same name.
There was a famous Canadian politician named Artur Ellis. Still in Canada Arthur English changed his name to Arthur Ellis because he was the hangman at the time!
Still have No 8 to get.
