i decided to leave the town out this week and move to the outskirts with it being a little warmer, steam bridge to the top end of the scrapyard and as i wasn't fishing this week i poped of for walk in the country the colour looked brilliant and i thought the match would fish well. fish were topping everywhere in the country and after moving a couple of immigrants off the canal pike fishing [no sign of any fish on them]i moved further down the canal as we are busy paint the pegs again
with half a hour left to go in the match i popped down to have a look and most told me it was fishing hard :-/
bloodworm seamed to be the better bait ,so off i headed to the pub to get the turkeys sorted out
each section had three prizes 1st a turkey 2nd a spirit and 3rd a wine
the problem we had was only 37 turned up most had phoned but a few didn't >:( >:(
unless i get the pegging fee they won't be fishing again >:( >:( >:(
