Fished on the Walsall canal at Wednesbury.

With 2 to 3 inches of ice to contend with the match had to be put back to a 10.30 start.

Team wise on the day it was the Shakespeare Mach3 team of Taypot, Rob Middleton and Moaner Massey that made the most of a fancied draw to win easily on the day with 2 section wins and a 3rd to total a brilliant 5 points.

Richard Guest won individually from peg 36 with a catch of roach (including 15 on caster) of 7-8-0.

Second was Jason Cunningham with 7-2-0, again roach, from peg 33.

Tird with another roach catch was Darren moaner Massey who totaled 7-1-2
