Big fish or bust by the sound of it then! Daz had a chub off the bush at Swingbridge and the end peg 1 at Swingbridge had a couple of skimmers for 4lb. I ran to peg 3 but weighed 1lb 1oz, mostly small stuff! Daft really when I chose not to fish a 44 peg match averaging 7lb a man just 5 mins from my house. Doh!

Given the choice again i would still have fished Loughborough Joff. Ive fished Swingbridge several times and know what its capable of. Always wanted to draw those early numbers but never seen the canal that badly coloured in the town. Theres plenty of time for it to pick up if we keep everything crossed
