Just had a look at the website Dodge.

Cant understand their pricing. Image

Match bookings £6 a peg
Day Tickets £5

Seems odd seeing as day ticket anglers usually spend a lot more time on the water. All the waters down here are the same price for matches and day tickets and a lot give a discount for booking a whole lake.

No fishing for me today (sunday) ........ the wife is working a double shift at the hospital so i am keeing an eye on me 3 teenagers ....... dads taxi etc ::) Image Image

Yesterday (saturday) at Blundells it was decisions, decisions :-/ some good carp weights came out on the midweeker and the weather had been very mild all week .......... silvers or carp ???
Everyone it seemed had decided to fish pellet, i decided against this and opted to fish maggot for everything that swims again like the week before. Got to my peg....... 51 on Ash pool and there were carp blowing right across on the tip / waggler line Image Image shall i stick to my guns or target the carp or fish for both :-? :-/ . The problem when targeting the ide is as soon as you come off them / stop feeding they back off and it takes ages to get them feeding again , so its a all or nothing jobbie ........ reluctantly i decided to ignore the carp and concentrated on my original plan to stick with the ide ............ in a tight frame i managed to weigh 41.0.0 consisting of 74 ide to 12 oz, 2 small tench and a solitary barbel of a pound for another win beating some very close pellet carp weights Image
