the only matches left before the semi will be the teams of eight
8th feb
22nd
and the 1st of march
any teams wanting to practice please book there pegs as once we have made our mines up where the semi will be pegged it will be left a lone
on march 1st apart for the teams of eight the rest of the canal will be closed to anglers

Don't let teams practice on saturday before matches, proper crappity smack it up last semi fishing pegs that had been fished day before

You can't help the weather mate, lets just hope it all comes good for semi. I hate to see all the effort put in just for the elements to fcuk it up. Where have you decided to peg semi

i've not yet mate sunday was pretty close pillings first section and we have to look at barrow but the main sections will be in the town mate

motty unless every angler is throwing in kgs of bait which i don't think they are how is the canal getting too much pressure the fish aren't feeding no one is catching its down to the unsettled weather mate

I'd like to see the canals shut 2 or 3 weeks before semis but that may be a bit idealistic. I would rather there be 2 practice matches then semi with teams allowed 1 practice day, but i expect clubs need to run matches for revenue
