How deep is it at curbourgh in the margins and also out at 10 meter on the match pool

Only fished it twice Budgie and drew the same peg both times - got two and half foot tight against the inside sedges.

Around the 9/10 mtr mark I'd got getting on for 8 ft water - cant speak for any other pegs

Bit quiet in here. First pool match of the year and everyone has gone quiet.

Mind - it was a 'bit' quiet 'after' match 1 too with not a lot of post match discussion


And I bet Budgie can't pick up a broadband signal down by the matchpool - mind it is a bit out in the sticks

This time we're a couple of months earlier than the first time we fished it last year.


Wonder how differently it will fish with different water temperatures ?

for cashmores with tks it will fish the same wether you fish it in a heavy frost in jan, perfect wether in june, sortching hot august or a snowy november and that is hard with the fish hiding

i think he as already set the bench mark after the first match.

i was told by the fella robin that you will only need 10 -15 lb in the match to win as it has been fishing very hard in recent weeks
