Well just 8 brave souls ended up at Drayton today and found themselves on the Dam Wall. I had to go to Nottingham today on business, so popped in on my way back, so here they are........
Keith.(Peg 53)
Slim.(Peg 52)
Steve W.(Peg 51)
Clive.(Peg 50)
Mark C.(Peg 49)
Tony.(Peg 48)
Mitch.(Peg 47)
Malc.(Peg 46)
They'd only been fishing for around an hour at this point, and a few fish had already been taken. I'm sure the lads will fill in the details on their return.
Well better late than never (been laid up with a cold all day and could not be bothered to get off the sofa).
As peter has posted 8 idiots Yale forum members turned up to fish what has always been the worst pegs at drayton on what turned out to be a WET although warm day.
BUT it was still a laugh even if it is the last time i book a "match" at Drayton (cant be doing with IDIOTS that talk out of the wrong hole that hold jobs as baliffes).
Anyway it fished BETTER than i thought it would knowing the pegs we were on and the result was as follows:

Many thanks Malc - new venue for me. Although not many fish were caught, even just a few large carp diving in deep water was great fun. Pity about the turnout - you must have received plenty of intersting excuses
