I have'nt fished an Angling Trust League for donkeys of years now.

I really enjoy my Saturday 's out at Norbury Junction, brilliant pub, first class brekkie; 5 hours up the cut somewhere then back to the boozer, sometimes have my dinner there.
We only go £12 all in (£2 peg fee) and get up to 40 there quite regular.
Also fish loads of Sunday Leagues, Crewe Summer League (90), Crewe Winter League, (90ish) IWAA League (90) Wirral League (40 odd),. These keep me going from September through to end of season, then fish a Congleton charity match (generally around 100) then have a break and crappity smack off to Ireland.
Really enjoy these matches, more so after I stopped organising. They are all £12 all in with no b&j. Cheaper matches keeps them coming, plus decent fishing.

Gets too serious for me nowadays when matches are £20 or more all in, - takes the fun out of it, some can't really afford to do it, if they were honest, but they 'have' to be in the in crowd if you know what I mean.

Look forward to the weekend already. Charity match at Nantwich on Sat, he had 47 on by Sunday and Shroppie again Sunday 90 on.

Little 70 peggers don't attract now Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image 8-) Stir, stir Image
