Get a list of runners off the website or a daily paper. List your selection by the allotted time of the race.
Example

2pm Hoof Hearted
2.30pm Betty Swollocks
3.0pm Mary Inge (nap)
3.30pm R. Suppards
4pm Shy Talk
4.30pm Honda Mars Bar

The NAP means it is your best selection of the day and scores double points - must be 8 runners or more in your race you have selected your NAP.

SCORING SYSTEM (points)

If a race has up to 15 runners the scoring will be 3 points for a win, two for second and one for third. If there are 16 runners or over four points for a win, three for second, two for third and one for fourth.
Your NAP selection scores double points.
Repeat every day of Cheltenham Meeting

Post selections up before first race obviously.
