It was the final match of the league today and we were at passford 
, we all arived only 13 today as some dropped out ::). After we all pooled up the draw was made and I needed to take 3 points of barry lewis who was in second and he managed to draw peg 2 where the winner came from on wednesday. I drew peg 16 not a bad peg 
.
My grandad dropped me off at the peg and getting my box sorted was a mare I got soaked as the water went over the top of my boots
. I set up 4 rigs the first was the 3 section to hand rig for the corn, the 2nd was over top of this line with the big pellet, 3rd was for corn at 7 meters and the 4th was at 7meters for the big pellet 
that was the plan.
I started off potting a big pot on both lines and went on the 3 section rig and had a few rudd on the corn before going on the pellet and foul hooking a carp but I lost it. After a few more mins I hooked another on the corn and got it out a nice ghosty about 4lb I had a few before hooking a beast that bottemed out the black hydro and snapped me on .17
. I had few more before it went quiet and had a look on the 7meter line where I had a couple of rudd.
I decided that I would stick on the 3 to hand and had a couple more before it went quiet again. I then went back on the 7 meeter line and managed to get 4 more carp. The last 2 hours were shocking as I only had 1 small carp and a few rudd. I finished with 14 carp but they were small.
I got ropped into the scales again ::)
1st Tommo 84lb I think
2nd John Nicholls 76lb
3rd JJ Gallagher 51lb
4th Barry lewis 49lb
Tommo won the league barry got 2nd and I finished third shame I missed 3 matches as it cost me to barrys 1 missed match. Tommo had a 15lb carp last cast that won him the match he also had a 12lb carp 1st cast he won the league with 2 matches spare
