With the venue closed 10 days before the semi, this weekends match was at Limpley Stoke, about a mile along the canal from were next weekends pegging starts. Guy manton of Thatchers PI broke the bathampton canal match record with 46lb of bream from a peg in Dundas basin. with the pegging well spread out Guy was in the basin on his own and made the most of it with an all bream catch taken on various baits at 13M. It could have been an even bigger weight as Guy lost as many fish as he caught!!!
